Slate is seeking an experienced SI&OP Manager to lead a team of analysts across multiple business units, shaping the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process. You will forecast demand, optimize inventory, and align procurement and production to meet customer needs.
You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Purchasing to create a rolling 12–24 month executable plan, drive continuous improvement, and report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy and inventory turns.
