The Claims & Contracts Manager supports the Bureau of Better Aging by providing fiscal oversight and contract management for long-term services and supports programs. This role manages claims review, contractor compliance, and financial oversight while ensuring adherence to state and federal requirements. The position involves day-to-day program management, policy development, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, with occasional in-state travel required.
Keyqualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in similar program management or fiscal oversight role
- Specialized knowledge of program subject matter, rules, and regulations
- Working knowledge of accounting and budget principles
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Strong stakeholder management and delegation skills
- Knowledge of federal and state laws governing long-term care programs
