Location: Paoli
Domino's Franchise in Indiana is seeking a Training & Hiring Lead (TNT) to hire, onboard, train, and develop Domino’s drivers and CSRs inside stores. This hands-on role is on the floor, not a desk position, and partners with store leadership to build fully staffed teams.
You’ll recruit and interview candidates, lead onboarding, train on systems and service standards, coach on the floor, and coordinate with GMs/DMs across multiple stores.
