- Lead the organization’s operations translating strategic priorities into scalable systems
- Work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team

- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations
- At least 5 years in a senior or executive role
- Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams inside a mission-driven organization
- Oversaw enterprise operations across multiple functional areas: IT, HR, Finance, or e-commerce
- Comfortable in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation conversations
- Experience supervising senior leaders and building high-performing teams
- Led organizational change and operational improvements
- Oversight of digital platforms and enterprise systems
- Understanding of data governance and cybersecurity practices
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a valued plus, though not a requirement
Demonstrates extensive leadership in operations with a focus on strategic alignment, revenue growth, and performance oversight. Proven ability to manage complex projects, oversee enterprise systems, and ensure compliance with governance standards.
