Assistant Manager

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading daily operations, supervising and training team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Perform oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educate guests on vehicle care, and review recommended services.
• Supervise daily operations, build customer loyalty, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Develop weekly work schedules, manage inventory, and assist with store audits to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance environment.

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments, customer-focused mindset, ability to work in fast-paced settings, and proficiency with KPI data analysis.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Strong communication skills in English, schedule flexibility, and attention to safety.
