Ideal applicants will have at least seven years of banking experience, including five in a management role, and a Bachelor’s degree. A strong understanding of banking policies, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills, are essential. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $85,000, along with bonuses and benefits.
