The Financial Integrity Operations Manager oversees the operational effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial processing activities within Child Support Services. This role manages and supports the supervisors of multiple specialized units, ensuring high quality service delivery, strong internal controls, and timely resolution of payment and account issues. The manager promotes a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration across the financial operations teams.

• Provide leadership, direction and support to supervisors overseeing the units in the Financial Integrity Department.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all child support payments, regardless of method or source.
• Oversee exception handling and resolution processes for payments requiring additional review or intervention.
• Maintain and improve financial integrity through the development and enforcement of internal controls, quality checks, performance measures, and compliance protocols.
• Support supervisors in managing daily workloads, monitoring team performance, and developing staff competencies.
• Lead efforts to reduce and resolve undistributed collections and ensure proper allocation of funds.
• Manage escalated cases involving payment discrepancies, employer reporting issues or complex financial adjustments.
• Coordinate closely with financial vendors, IT, Finance, Legal and Customer Service teams to resolve issues, enhance workflows, and improve participant experiences.
• Identify trends, risks and operational challenges, develop and implement improvements to processes, technology use and policies.
• Prepare reports for internal leadership and participate in audits and regulatory reviews.
• Support strategic initiatives related to modernization automation and cross-department coordination.
