• Provide overall leadership and direction for the community
• Build, motivate, and develop a strong leadership team
• Create a positive culture for residents and employees
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, financial performance, and quality
• Partner closely with nursing and department leaders
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Focus on employee engagement and retention
• Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community
• Identify opportunities to improve census, operations, and overall performance

• Current Indiana Health Facility Administrator license
• Long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
