As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily dietary/food operations of our facility, ensuring that our high standards of care and quality are met.

As a Regional Director of Operations (CDM), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals, overseeing clinical and non-clinical operations, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and excellence. You will also be responsible for:

• Leading by Example: Providing visionary leadership, setting goals and objectives, and empowering staff to achieve exceptional results
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, implementing efficient systems, and optimizing resources to meet patient and resident needs
• Clinical Oversight: Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Staff Development: Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Experience in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing multiple facilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM required, or Degree in Dietary Services)
