Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Staffing and Senior Manager, Federal Project Manager to join our mission-driven organization.

This position is critical to supporting our Federal client with the Electronic Health Modernization needs.

The Staffing and Senior Manager, Federal Project Manager will work closely with government stakeholders, integration leadership, data management teams, and project managers to ensure staffing is aligned andallocatedin a timely manner.

This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, manages staffing operations, collaborates with hiring managers, and ensures organizational staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Thisrole oversees coordination for staffing activities, project startups, reporting readiness, and communication between project leadership, resource management, and reporting teams. This role ensures newly awarded projects are properly staffed and operationally prepared for execution and client reporting.
