You’ll oversee the full operations of one of our key branches, managing the parts department, service department, and facility operations
. This role is essential to keeping the branch running smoothly, profitably, and in line with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team including technicians, parts personnel, and yard associates

• Drive performance in parts and service to hit sales and profit goals

• Oversee scheduling, machine readiness, work quality, and on‑time completion

• Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive communication and problem resolution

• Maintain OSHA and EPA compliance; enforce safety and cleanliness standards (5S)

• Collaborate with sales, rental, and product support to align operations with customer needs

• Ensure proper documentation, inventory control, and tool/equipment readiness

• Hold team members accountable and lead regular performance reviews

• 6+ years of leadership experience in operations, service, or parts management

• Strong knowledge of service shop or parts department operations (construction or industrial equipment experience a plus)

• Proven success leading teams and improving processes

• Strong communicator who builds trust with both frontline staff and senior leadership

• Financially savvy—comfortable reading income statements, managing budgets, and improving margins

• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Comfortable in a hands‑on role that requires walking the shop floor and lifting up to 50 lbs

Preferred Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred (Operations, Business, or related field)
