• General Labor throughout the mill
• Safely handle miscellaneous materials in various environments
• Must be able to work rotating 12 hour shifts
• Team player must be able to maintain safe, quality, housekeeping and productivity
• Must be able to work in all types of environments (hot & cold)
• Must be able to operate powered industrial trucks, fork lifts, skid steers & spotter trucks
• Must have an intermediate level of computer skills
• Must successfully complete 2-2 ½ weeks on-boarding program

• Minimum high school graduate or GED equivalent
• Forklift experience preferred
• Manufacturing work experience preferred

In addition, qualified candidates must be willing to meet the following requirements: undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment; submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment; work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule; work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification as needed; work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis;

wear required safety equipment; operate or work in industrial conditions (i.e. warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces with proper safety training and safety protection).

The hourly rate for a Utility Rate II is $27.41.
