- Monitor and lead production processes and procedures, ensuring that the production schedule is met
- Support after hours receiving of raw materials, ingredients, and corrugated when needed
- Provides coverage in the absence of oven and raw utilities.
- Retrieves materials for production and packaging operations
- Respond to the need of production operation
- Monitor production operation for product quality and process procedure; corrects and reports to management any inconsistencies
- Assist in, and monitor pre and/or post operational activities
- Assist in the collection and processing of material usage, performance and inventory information
- Assist in the training and development of new and current employees
- Utilize staff to clean coolers, cooling units, and other misc. cleaning as directed
- Support maintenance PM program
- Performs other related duties as required
