We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Indianapolis area. This role is ideal for hands‑on technicians with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and experience working with automated equipment and robotics in an industrial setting.
This is a high‑impact role supporting production uptime, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment
- Perform electrical diagnostics on PLC‑controlled systems
- Maintain and repair robotics, conveyors, and high‑speed production lines
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and LOTO procedures
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (480V, motors, drives, sensors, VFDs)
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
- Exposure to robotics and automated production systems highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Competitive pay: $33 – $41/hr
