Position Description
We are seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee all aspects of material inventory, purchasing, organization, job fulfillment, and deliveries for a major mechanical insulation project. The ideal candidate has vast knowledge of mechanical insulation materials, is enthusiastic about supporting the needs of our onsite project team, and can efficiently use technology to track inventory.

- Manage and monitor all material inventory for the project, maintaining precise records and conducting regular audits.
- Coordinate and execute purchasing of materials from approved vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Organize storage areas and implement effective inventory control systems to optimize space and accessibility.
- Collaborate with corporate office and onsite team to fulfill job material requirements on schedule.
- Oversee delivery logistics, ensuring materials are transported safely and efficiently to project sites.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to inventory and material handling.
- Generate regular inventory and purchasing reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mechanical insulation materials.
- Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within construction or industrial projects.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Operate and drive a large box truck. (No CDL required.)

Indianapolis, Indiana
- Must be able to navigate a working jobsite.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
