Position: Process Tech
Date: 2/9/2026
Direct Supervisor: Shift Supervisor
Indirect Supervisor: General Manager
Hours Worked: May be Adjusted according to Management Needs
1st
Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
2nd
Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 AM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Monitor & maintain process parameters via GBC auditing.
- Maintain established process.
- To maintain housekeeping at the presses to prevent loss or damage to material / product.
- Set Up and verify at mold change.
- Assist with Mold or color Changes as needed.
- Clean mold during start-up/ shut down process.
- Performance of other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
- Understanding of Quality Policy and how it affects this position.
- Understanding of Injection Molding Process.
- Understanding Control Plan Information.
- Understanding tool work sheet system.
- Understanding MATTEC and Syteline.
- Ability to troubleshoot molding and tooling problems.
- Ability to monitor production standards.
