Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in plastic injection molding, is seeking a Production Operator - 3rd shift to join their dedicated team. As a Production Operator - you will be an essential part of the production department supporting quality assurance and efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Molding/Production Operator - 3rd shift
Location: Scottsburg, IN
Pay Range: $16.50
Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
What's the Job?
- Monitor products coming off injection molding machines for defects and quality standards
- Check and verify products against visual examples and packing instructions
- Trim excess fragments from molded parts to ensure quality
- Count, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to written directions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to support safety and efficiency
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or industrial production
- Ability to perform quality checks and operate plastic injection molding presses
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
