Elwood Staffing - Up to $28.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and TIG welding to assemble and fabricate metal parts according to specifications;
Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality;
Inspect welds and finished parts, making adjustments or repairs as needed;
Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized work area;
Work independently on night shift while meeting production goals and quality standards
