Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Load and unload the parts to the washer or to the assembly table
• Assemble components in accordance with standard procedure and/or work order instructions.
• Report shortages and defects in materials or equipment to direct supervisor.
• Utilize various hand tools, specialty tools, lifting devices, and basic measuring equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Performs visual inspection of parts and reviews basic blueprints/diagrams to ensure components are being manufactured in accordance with the part specification.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Preferred 6 months prior professional experience as related to this role.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and complete tasks.
• Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player

• Ability to perform the required duties in accordance safety guidelines and lean principles by complying with all safety procedures and all company policies. Preferred
• Ability to actively participates in company-sponsored training programs.
• Ability to deal ethically with Parker’s customers, suppliers, fellow associates and the general public.
