In 1997, C & B CUSTOM MODULAR, INC. was founded with the prospect of manufacturing the best quality built custom modular offices and modular classrooms produced today. C & B's combined experience and knowledge in the manufacturing of custom modular is over 90 years. C & B is very dedicated to the quality of each unit that is manufactured in our facility.

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds of materials/objects in order to perform job duties
• Must know how to operate nail and screw gun
• Must know how to read blue prints
• Must know how to operate a table saw and a chop saw
• Must know how to lay vinyl cove
• Must know how to skin and trim windows
• Must know how to trim doors
• Must know how to install crown molding, floor trim, ceiling trim and flat trim
• Must know how to install mini and vertical blinds
• Must know how to install security bars
• Must be able to install door chains and T-molding
• Must let supervisor know if any walls are damaged. Example, such as scratched, or holes
• Must have own tools - Tape measure, hammer, tool pouch and Stanley knife
• Must comply with ALL COMPANY POLICIES
• Be willing to work in other departments when asked

• Follow all company safety and health guidelines and perform duties in such a manner that WILL NOT create a hazard or cause an injury to yourself or others
• Must wear PPE as required for the job and help to properly maintain the equipment
• Must report all accidents (including "near misses") and injuries to the supervisor
• Must keep area clean at all times
• Must participate in safety training and be informed of emergency procedures
• Must understand SDS's and be informed of all chemicals used in your department
• Must understand that compliance with the safety policies and practices of C&B is a condition required for employment
