What You'll Be Doing
- Operate yard loader equipment safely and efficiently to move aggregate materials
- Maintain product stockpiles and ensure consistent material flow for production needs
- Perform pre‑shift inspections and report equipment issues promptly
- Support site housekeeping by keeping work areas clean and free of hazards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production or industrial setting
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Capability to follow operating procedures and adjust to changing production demands
- Reliable, team‑oriented approach with effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varied outdoor conditions
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
