BCI Solutions, Inc. is hiring Iron Pourers to join our foundry team. This is a physically demanding manufacturing role in a fast-paced environment where safety, communication, and reliability matter every shift.

What You’ll DoPour molten iron safely and accurately into molds

Work closely with the Melt, Mold, and Production teams to maintain quality

Monitor pouring conditions and respond quickly to changing production demands

Follow strict safety procedures around high heat and heavy industrial equipment

Help identify issues before they become problems

Maintain clean and organized work areas

What We’re Looking For Strong attendance and proven reliability

Ability to work safely in a high-heat industrial environment

Team-first mentality and strong communication

Manufacturing or foundry experience is a plus, but not required

Ability to stay focused under pressure and keep production moving safely

Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and working in demanding conditions
