Position Overview
Position available onsite with FUJIFILM Integrated Inkjet Solutions Group located in West Lebanon, NH. Must be proficient in all of the duties of an Electro‑Mechanical Assembler
1. Performs a wide variety of electronic, electro‑mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub‑assemblies. Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly tasks in support of developmental requirements in pre‑production projects. Works with rough schematics, blueprints and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub‑assemblies and components. May perform rework. Work typically includes interaction with development and/or manufacturing engineering personnel.
Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. Assembles, tests and repairs complex electro‑mechanical assemblies for printing systems. Self‑starter with little supervision and able to work with little documentation. Can also create documentation and outline assembly sequences and procedures.

JOB COMPLEXITY
Works on assignments that are semi‑routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
SUPERVISION
Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a minimum of 1‑2 years of related experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Performs adjustment and debug of electro‑mechanical assemblies
- Testing of electro‑mechanical assemblies
- Assembly of print heads and reservoirs
- Determines best assembly sequence/techniques and test procedure
- Performs check‑out at the module level
- Assemble print head mounts
- Installation of Jetting arrays and Reservoirs into print clusters within enclosures
- Can estimate assembly time of tasks based on assembly sequence
- Verifies designs and informs supervisor or engineering personnel of potential issues
- Use of basic tools:
Micrometer, Vernier, Digital Multi‑meter, Hand and power tools - Red line bill of materials, prints, and schematics.
- May install PCB's in computers / Installs programs onto computers
- May perform rework on new builds as well as RMA’s.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with planning, purchasing, and engineering.
- Work with PDFs and drawings.
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations, often in collaboration with Engineering and Planning.

REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or equivalent years of experience and 1‑2 years of related experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Ability to work as a member of a team as well as individually.
- Must be a self‑starter.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good technical writing skills.
- Ability to graph data to write reports, determine failures, etc.
- Experience auditing procedures.
DESIRED:
- Experience with experimental design.
- Ability to troubleshoot failures in product and processes.
- Knowledge of statistics.
