Senior Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift

Senior Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift hours 3:00pm – 11:00pm) – Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range:
Competitive $30–$38/hour (+$1.50 shift premium) based on experience.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including PLC, CNC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Lead and support maintenance team members through coaching and training.
• Prioritize and manage work orders while ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment and processes.

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 5+ years of maintenance experience OR technical degree with 1+ year relevant experience.
• Strong technical skills across electrical, mechanical, and automated manufacturing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
