Lead and deliver technical support to customers and internal teams on cement products, applications, and performance optimization.

• Strong technical knowledge of cement manufacturing, materials science, or construction applications, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and cross‑functional partners.
• Analytical thinker with problem‑solving capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role operates in a combination of office, plant, and field environments, with regular travel to customer sites and Heidelberg Materials locations. Exposure to industrial settings and varying weather conditions should be expected.
