26002 Second shift, 03:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday - Friday; starting January 2026: 12-hour shift, nights
- You will perform chemical stripping operations of coatings based on internal and customer requirements / specifications
- Further, you will complete pre-process and post-process documentation
- You will perform 10X visual and dimensional inspection on customer parts that have been stripped to evaluate parts for non-conformities
- You must maintain a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures and complying with all applicable regulations, and this is a top priority due to the hazardous chemicals used during the stripping process
- Also, you must be able to work in a collaborative environment, working closely with operations, quality and engineering
- You must have a High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of related experience
- Further, you must be self-sufficient and focused on assigned duties, including prioritizing work to meet deadlines
- In this role, you must be reliable to achieve assigned duties in a timely manner
- You must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods of time and have good manual dexterity
- This position will work extended hours and/or weekends and holidays may be required
