Utility All Shifts - Bakery

Shift: various start times-various end times

Hourly Rate: $19.12 an hour + $0.5 shift differential

• Demonstrated behaviors to support company safety procedures with focus on zero injuries.
• Supported quality work processes.
• Followed and complied with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
• Maintained mastery on all skills certified through ongoing audits and rotation.
• Started up, operated, maintained, sanitized and monitored equipment and machinery for production processing of fillings and dough, and shut down procedures.
• Received additional training to perform responsibilities.
• Performed responsibilities to maintain schedules, quality, and workplace safety.
• Performed other tasks that the Team Leader or Line Lead might require.
• Worked overtime to achieve production and maintenance schedules.
• Reported to the line team lead.

• Minimum: working in a production, manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Preferred:
  High school or equivalent.
• Experience in a food processing or packaging environment.
• Experience working in an automated machinery environment.
• Experience in a USDA, FDA, OSHA, or GMP compliant environment.

• Sit, stand, walk and climb stairs during time on duty.
• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Repetitive motions including reaching, loading, inspecting, and touching product.
• Stand up to seven (7) hours/day.
