Monday – Thursday 4x10 Schedule
- 1st shift 5:00am – 3:30pm: $22.39
- $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.
- First pay increase after 6 months.

- Champion Lozier’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values by demonstrating the behaviors that contribute to Lozier’s success.
- Set‑up Punch Presses, Brake Presses, and/or Automatic Presses to print specifications in order to obtain maximum productivity.
- Basic programming for laser or CNC equipment.
- Communicate problems pertaining to the set‑up of equipment and tooling to Machine Operators, Supervisors and Technicians.
- Follow‑up with Machine Operators to ensure operation is running safely and efficiently.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Currently have or be able to obtain forklift license.
- Able to read and understand blueprints.
- Working knowledge of measuring tools such as a tape measure, caliper, protractor and micrometer.
- Die setup experience in brake press, stamping or injection molding processes.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
