Batch Mixer Operator - 2nd shift - Reddi Wip​/Tablespreads Plant

Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $24.85 an hour + $0.25 shift differential

Location: Indianapolis, IN (West 62nd St)

• Receive raw oil product from suppliers.
• Mix ingredients for oil-based product batches.
• Transfer batch product to packaging lines.
• Ensure oil supply and mixing schedules meet production needs.
• Perform safety procedures with focus on zero injuries.
• Conduct quality checks as specified in procedures.
• Partner with the line lead to identify cross‑training opportunities.
• Follow training documents for the assigned area.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment.
• Communicate with line lead and maintenance to resolve equipment issues promptly.

• Availability to work overtime, typically 4 hours before or after a shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least 1 year of experience in processing, production, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Basic to intermediate math skills involving weights, measurements, ratios, and production volumes.
• Professional and effective communication with coworkers.
• Compliance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
