Production Worker - 3rd Shift

M 12:30 AM - 6:30 AM & M-TH 10:15 PM - 6:30 AM

• Assemble parts in specified relationship to shop orders
• Work at various work stations as production needs require
• Package vinyl/aluminum gates and fence sections according to orders
• Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment
• Perform other routine duties as needed

• Basic Math Skills
• Must be able to follow directions
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen

Pay rate varies by department. Employees are eligible for a raise after 60 days and again after 6 months of employment pending performance reviews. Weekly Production Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of employment ($50 minimum per week) for qualified positions (eligibility determined by performance & attendance).

• All DSI employees receive a $15,000 Life Insurance policy after 60 days of employment paid for by the company.
• After 3 years of employment, DSI pays for 90% of an employee's health insurance premium.
• Employees can take out Dental &/or Vision insurance but decline medical coverage.
• 401(k) plan available after 1 year of employment with DSI matching 25% of employee contributions up to 6% (1.5% DSI match)
• Employees are paid for 6 major holidays effective day 1 of employment.
• Start earning vacation time after 3 months of employment.
• Annual Company Summer Picnic & Thanksgiving Dinner (family friendly) & Christmas Dinner.
• Monthly birthday lunches for all employees (office, production, ALL shifts).
