NIGHT SHIFT POSITION - Either 5:00PM-3:30AM or 7:00PM-5:30AM
OverviewWe are currently looking to add a high performing Manufacturing Associate to work in our Polytrim area on Night Shift.

PurposeThis position operates power and various other tools to finish preformed plastic parts and material handling.
Duties and Responsibilities- Trimming, cleaning, cutting, assembling, and packaging molded plastic parts
- Follow group leader's instructions and process sheets
- Inspect parts for quality, record accurate counts of acceptable & defective parts
- Assist with cleaning/maintenance and upkeep of work area
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stay on feet for entire shift
- Ability to arrive on time and stay through entire shift
- Safety glasses and safety toed shoes are required
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, band saws, plastic extruder, fork lift preferred - will train
- Will receive on the job training
- Occasional mandatory overtime, either before/after shift, or on Fridays/Saturdays
- Good housekeeping and safety; in addition to other departments or projects
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be available to work any shift
- Able use precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment
- Able to work independently and self-motivated

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical DemandsThe job requires use of hands to fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; raise and lower objects without mechanical aid; reach, push or pull objects; bend at the knees and waist; talk or hear; stand for long periods; walk; balance; climb ladders and use stairs; lift up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs; specific vision abilities: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjust focus;
safety equipment: safety glasses, steel-toe safety shoes, hearing protection, head protection, gloves.
