Machine Operator — Starting Rate: $19.75 after 6 months of satisfactory performance; you will increase to $20.25. Night shift premium rate of 7.5% on the hour.

Day and Night Shift, 12 hours

• Operate the machine and lead the overall product outcome associated with the machine
• Ensure that product is produced to customer requirements
• Ensure that machines are running at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or quality
• Verify and communicate product standards and work standards to execute production
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work center’s performance
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others
• Receive training to help advance your career

• Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift
• Experience – Previous machine experience preferred
• Must be able to achieve productivity rates
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applications
• Ability to use a ruler properly
• Ability to work in teams or alone, with the ability to motivate other team members

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift
