• Maintain a safety‑mindful environment, checking daily safety checklists on forklifts and yard dogs (oil levels, backup beeper, tires, battery chargers, chocking wheels).
• Report forklift, yard dog maintenance needs to the Team Lead.
• Understand finished products and raw materials, read and interpret incoming and outgoing orders, and apply labeling and packaging processes.
• Load trucks according to customer specifications, verifying quantity, product, labeling and packaging.
• Communicate clearly with the Manager, Material Handlers and truck drivers; complete all documentation accurately and neatly.
• Maintain general housekeeping of warehouse and dock areas, ensuring proper and safe storage of finished and raw materials; sweep and clean trucks before loading.
• Support inventory counts, follow pick and put‑away plan, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Use problem‑solving skills to handle arising situations.
• Lift up to 35 pounds, possess communication and organizational skills, be detail‑oriented, and have basic computer skills.
• Operate lift truck and yard dog safely.
• Use scan gun accurately for warehouse inventory.

• Knowledge of all Amcor products and proper packaging placement in the warehouse.
• Ability to follow direction and collaborate well with others.
• Competence in using proper PPE when required.
• Dependable with good attendance; report to work on time each day.
• Strong communication skills, capable of following directions and conveying important information.
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting.
• Comfort with routine work and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment regarding work priorities and problem solving.
