Job Description:

Are you safety-driven, reliable, and ready to operate heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment? As a Loader Operator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly—moving materials, supporting production, and maintaining a safe and efficient yard.

Your Impact in This Role Safely operate loaders and heavy equipment in accordance with company standards

Complete required training, including Sibelco safety procedures and driving assessments

Conduct pre-shift inspections and report any safety concerns

Perform basic preventative maintenance and fuel equipment safely

Load trucks and production hoppers with assigned materials

Accurately track load counts and material movement

Transport materials to storage areas, bunkers, or staging zones

Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns promptly

Follow all PPE requirements and company safety policies

Operate additional equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, etc.) after completing on-site training
