We're looking for a Cutting Tool Specialist responsible for providing technical support to the sales team across all cutting tool product lines and for exploring emerging technologies that will enhance our product offering.

• Provide technical support to sales associates regarding cutting tools.
• Search for emerging technologies in the cutting tool industry that will enhance the product offering.
• Determine new technology fit with existing product line.
• Look for opportunities to expand product offerings.
• Develop strategic product plans.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Experience in the cutting tool industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Background in industrial products (cutting tools, abrasives, etc.).
• Able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
• Track record of managing a category across divisions/companies.
• Deep knowledge of pricing methodologies and relevant competitive markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

This position is based in the greater Indianapolis, IN. Only candidates residing in the Indianapolis area and authorized to work in the United States will be considered.
