• Handle, load, and unload finished POLYWOOD products accurately and efficiently
• Stay on your feet and actively moving for 10 or more hours per shift
• Lift, move, and position items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day
• Perform picking tasks by locating and retrieving items to fulfill customer orders
• Verify shipment accuracy by reviewing orders and inspecting products
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if certified
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area by following all safety procedures

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality
• Adaptability and openness to learning in a fast‑paced environment
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics environments
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified

• 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm plus overtime ($18/hr Monday-Friday)
• 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm plus overtime ($20/hr plus 8% premium)
• 3rd Shift: 11pm-7:30am plus overtime ($20/hr plus 8% premium)

• Full‑time work during the Peak Season with 40 hours per week; 0 hours during the Off‑Season
• Holiday pay for Memorial Day and Independence Day
• Annual merit increase in hourly pay with each return
• $500 welcome back incentive on the first paycheck of the season
• $500 incentive on the fourth paycheck
• $1,000 incentive on the last paycheck of the Peak Season, available to employees who start before May 1st
