Job Summary
Responsible for the safe and environmentally compliant industrial manufacturing operation of all equipment, control systems, associated auxiliaries and environmental compliance in an assigned manufacturing operation.
Must have the ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays and a reasonable level of scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
ResponsibilitiesConduct various physical activities and mental reasoning in the manufacturing of polycarbonate film and sheet products.
Manipulate controls (operating a computer‑controlled system while observing production processes); observe, correct and record instrument readings.
Perform analytical testing and/or use of laboratory instruments relating to temperature, pressure, volume, and/or weight.
Lift materials, maintain area housekeeping, collect samples, operate a forklift, and clean equipment.
Follow applicable work processes, communicate effectively to other teams and team members, and complete job‑specific training certification.
Qualifications- High School Diploma, High School Job Readiness Certification or equivalent educational diploma
- Six months of consistent work experience (manufacturing or extrusion experience a plus)
- Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the position
- Eligibility Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older; must be currently authorized to work for POLYVANTIS in the United States on a full‑time basis

- Lift/carry 55 lbs, bend/stoop/twist, crouch, kneel, climb/balance, use vibrating tools, stand, and walk
- 7-Day rotation: 00am, 4:00pm, 12:00am shift times
- Includes all holidays, weekends, 24/7, 365 days
- Regular, predictable attendance is essential; applicants must be regularly available and willing to work Monday-Friday during assigned hours of operation and other hours as the company determines necessary
