Production Supervisor – Rushville, IN

• Plan, supervise, and direct daily production operations utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
• Instruct, train, orient, and coach employees to achieve safety, production and quality objectives.
• Consistently and fairly administer and support company policies and procedures.
• Maintain and promote a culture of continuous improvement, 6S, and lean manufacturing.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships and partner with others to get things done.
• Understand interpersonal and group dynamics, react effectively, facilitate breakthroughs, integrate diverse views, and find common ground or acceptable alternatives.
• Provide timely and helpful information across the organization, follow through on commitments, and ensure others do the same.
• Maintain equipment condition and secure maintenance services.

• Two (2) year associate degree plus one (1) year of related experience or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience (direction, engagement and coaching).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Strong planning, organization, problem‑solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills including MS Office Suite.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided.

• Four (4) year bachelor’s degree.
• One to three (1–3) years or more of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• ISO and lean manufacturing experience.

Assembly operates on a 4‑day, 10‑hour work‑shift schedule. Salaried employees who are not front‑line supervisors work five days to support this arrangement.

They can choose between extended hours from Monday to Thursday with a half day on Friday, or full eight‑hour workdays from Monday to Friday.
