Job Title: Housekeeping

Position: Full-Time

Shift: 2nd Shift

Housekeeping Staff clean and maintain assigned areas of Hoehn Plastics, Inc. during their scheduled shift.

• Cleaning:
  Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Laundry, and Deep Cleaning in various plant and office areas.
• Trash Removal:
  Taking Out All Trash from the Plant
• Safety:
  Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, Following Safety Rules, and Reporting Unsafe Conditions
• Stocking:
  Checking and Replacing Supplies and Equipment
• Organization:
  Keeping Work Areas Neat and Orderly and Maintaining Floors Free of Trip Hazards
• Employee Service:
  Interacting With Employees, Dealing with Complaints and Requests
• Turn in the Job Assignment Sheet Daily
• Follow Departmental and Plant Safety Rules and Work Rules Requirements.
• Housekeeping staff play a crucial role in our operations. They can expect to complete any other tasks assigned by their Lead, Coordinator, and Corporate Management, contributing significantly to our team's success.

• Manufacturing Environment
• Exposures Encountered:
  Noise, Extreme Heat, Cold, Dust.

• This role requires reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, stretching, standing, sitting, kneeling, or walking for extended periods. There is minimal Sedentary Work in this role. You must be able to handle the physical demands of the role with confidence.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50lbs
• You may be required to work in and around a magnetic field that could affect medical devices, including implants and pacemakers.

• Housekeeping Staff must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• This role requires the ability to read, write, and communicate politely and effectively in English.
• Housekeeping Staff must be able to pay attention to detail, follow a schedule, and follow verbal directions.
