Manufacturing Production Operators

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading engineered composites and precision components manufacturer, is seeking experienced and dependable Manufacturing Operators to join their growing Walkerton, IN team.

High-tech manufacturing facility specializing in composite bearings, tubing, bushings, and engineered components used in industrial, medical, and transportation applications. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, precision, and long-term stable employment.

2nd Shift & 3rd Shift Only Available
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.50/hr.

Available Positions:

Taper Operator

• Set up and operate tapering equipment for composite materials

• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications

• Ensure accurate shaping and finishing of components

• Perform quality checks throughout production

Saw Operator

• Operate industrial saws to cut composite tubing and materials

• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and gauges

• Maintain accuracy and material efficiency

• Follow safety procedures for machine operation

Winder Operator

• Operate winding machines used in composite manufacturing

• Monitor material feed and machine performance

• Ensure consistency in product layering and structure

• Perform routine quality inspections

Pullers

• Pull and stage finished parts for next production step

• Support machine operators with material flow

• Inspect basic product quality before transfer

• Keep work areas organized and efficient

What You'll Bring:

• Solid manufacturing experience (required)

• Strong attendance and work longevity history

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Blueprint reading or measurement experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail in a precision environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift consistently
