Manufacturing Associate

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a client in Rochester, IN, is seeking qualified candidates for multiple openings including Welders, Assemblers, Quality Control Inspectors, and Machine Operators to join their growing team.

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hr based on experience and skill level

What You'll Do:

Steel Welder

• Perform welding duties and meet quality standards

• Must pass aptitude test prior to interview

• Participate in onsite weld interview process

• Follow safety and production guidelines

Assembler

• Assemble steel covers and related accessories

• Package finished components for shipment

• Read and interpret prints/blueprints accurately

• Maintain strong attention to detail throughout production

Quality Control Inspector

• Inspect parts and finished products for quality standards

• Identify defects and ensure compliance requirements are met

• Must pass aptitude test

• English or bilingual candidates accepted

• Document inspection results as required

Machine Operator

• Operate and support production machinery in a fiberglass environment

• Read and use tape measure accurately (required test)

• Ensure product quality and consistency throughout production

• Support production flow and material handling needs

• English or Spanish speaking candidates accepted

• Must pass tape measure assessment

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately (required for most roles)

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work with fiberglass materials

• Reliability and strong attendance record

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to pass required testing (aptitude and/or tape measure test depending on role)
