Machine Operator

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading precision manufacturing company in Bremen, IN, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join their production team in multiple roles including Inspection and Machine Operation.

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $22.00/hr (Based on Position, Shift, and Experience)

Inspection

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Perform final inspection of precision roller bearing components

• Identify defects, surface issues, and dimensional inaccuracies

• Ensure all parts meet strict quality standards

• Document inspection results accurately

• Maintain focus in a detail-heavy production environment

IBG Operator

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Operate and monitor production equipment in bearing manufacturing

• Maintain consistent production flow and quality standards

• Perform basic machine adjustments and checks

• Support maintenance of clean and organized work area

• Follow safety and production procedures closely

Laser Sort Operator

1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

• Operate laser sorting equipment for precision part classification

• Inspect and sort small metal components with high accuracy

• Use measurement tools and visual inspection techniques

• Ensure correct sorting of finished bearing elements

• Maintain production accuracy and efficiency

What You'll Bring:

• Strong attention to detail in a precision manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately (required)

• Blueprint reading experience is a strong plus

• Ability to identify defects in small or precision parts

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting

• Strong hand-eye coordination and focus

• Reliability and strong attendance record

• Prior manufacturing or inspection experience preferred
