A growing manufacturing company in Bluffton, Indiana, is adding multiple Metal Stamping Press Operators on both day and night shifts. If you've worked around presses, production equipment, fabrication machinery, or manufacturing in general, this could be a great fit.
This isn't one of those jobs where you're staring at a clock all day, wondering when quitting time is. You'll be running equipment, making quality parts, and working with a team that understands the importance of showing up, working hard, and getting the job done right.
What's In It For You?
- Starting pay of $18.48/hour
- Weekly attendance bonus of $0.25/hour
- Night shift premium:
- +$0.65/hour for the first 90 days
- +$1.00/hour after 90 days
- 4-day workweek
- Three-day weekends every week
- Day Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Night Shift: Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating metal stamping presses and progressive die equipment
- Producing quality parts while meeting production goals
- Inspecting parts and catching issues before they become problems
- Monitoring machines and reporting equipment concerns
- Completing production and quality paperwork
- Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Working as part of a team to keep production moving
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Experience with stamping presses, fabrication equipment, CNC machines, or industrial machinery is a plus
- Someone who shows up every day ready to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Mechanical aptitude and common-sense troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to quality
- Comfortable lifting up to 70–90 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and stay active all day
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Bonus Points If You Have
- Progressive die stamping experience
- Automotive manufacturing experience
- CNC machine operation experience
- Forklift or material handling experience
- SPC documentation experience
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools
