We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Shipping Employee to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands‑on work, and takes pride in being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly.

As a Shipping Employee, you’ll work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and keep operations moving efficiently.

Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety will be essential in delivering high‑quality results and supporting daily operations.

• Load trucks using a forklift.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Inspect and classify outbound and inbound materials.
• Band, transport, stage, and store finished goods.
• Communicate with drivers using a two‑way radio.
• Maintain physical inventory.
• All other tasks as assigned.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive self‑motivated individual with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Computer literate with the willingness to learn new software as required.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  
  Understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
• Background in classifying metals is strongly preferred.
