Manufacturing Associate - Crawford

Manufacturing Associate – Leavenworth, IN

• Assembly – Primarily responsible for assembling the heads on unit along with installing push rods, lifters, and rockers.
• Disassembly – Disassemble the entire unit, including removal of screws, rings, seals, gears, valve body, etc. Load parts into a basket for washing. May require lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Parts / Puller Stocker – Pulling and restocking parts.
• Conveyance – Picking up and delivering orders throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Parts – Prepping, disassembly, washing, and final assembly of small parts.
• Inspection – Inspect each part thoroughly to determine quality of finished product.
• Repair – Repair worn bolt holes, weld cracks, sand and grind parts to a smooth finish, and other small part repairs.
• Distribution – Operate forklift to load and unload trailers and inspect product.

• Team player with positive attitude.
• Capable of standing or walking entire shift (8–10 hours).
• Guaranteed 40+ hours per week; overtime available.
