• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.

• Understand company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.

• Follow quality and safety standards.

• Maintain shop equipment according to an established schedule.

• Comprehend daily cut lists.

• Perform additional tasks or projects as directed by the Production Manager.

• Experience with woodworking equipment and hand tools is a plus.

• Excellent problem solving skills, able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain machinery; prior machine operation experience a plus.

• Preferred:
  Experience in the woodworking or cabinet making fields (32mm systems).
