Entry Level Bindery Operator

Work week:
Monday – Friday. Must be willing to work Saturdays as needed.

Pay rate up to $17/hr based on experience and qualifications.

• Operate bindery equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Read and understand job specifications.
• Make precise settings of controls.
• Perform routine operational maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with training and supervising a small crew.
• Work overtime and various shifts on an as‑needed basis.

• Minimum two years’ experience as an operator at a heat‑set web printing company or knowledge of offset printing procedures.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications.
• Skill to make precise settings of controls.
• Ability to perform routine operational maintenance of equipment.
• Forklift experience (not required, but a plus).
• Dependable and hardworking.
• Accurate with attention to detail.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Can train and supervise a small crew.
• Willing to work overtime and various shifts on an as‑needed basis.

Employee must regularly stand, walk, talk, hear, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
