Full‑time 2nd Shift – 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Starting Rate: $25.12 + Shift Differentials
New hires start with 3 weeks paid vacation

Responsibilities- Operate powered industrial vehicles such as fork trucks
- Move material using pallet jacks
- Receive incoming goods
- Ship outgoing product
Minimum qualifications:
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher.
- Minimum three (3) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to pass company provided Forklift Training and retain issued forklift license.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed:
- Basic computer knowledge
- 6 months to 1 year of operating material handling equipment, including sit‑down forklifts.
Applicants who meet the basic qualifications above will be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process (MESP ASSESSMENT).
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application to be eligible for employment with 3M.
Pay TransparencyThe starting rate of pay for this position is $25.12. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
