Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Follow all established safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or behaviors to supervisors.
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Perform equipment changeovers as required.
  • Monitor product quality and make machine adjustments as necessary to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Reject products that fall outside quality specifications.
  • Operate in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Policies, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and all company requirements.
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency levels to meet established production goals.
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production equipment.
  • Follow established cleaning and housekeeping procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with operators and team members across shifts.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
  • Be available to work overtime as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Experience working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Vision correctable to 20/20 in both eyes.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40–50 pounds.
