Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a MIG Welder to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This individual will be responsible for performing welding based on blueprints while following safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to pass a welding test, experience as a welder, ability to read blueprints, and more below. Apply online and kickstart your career today!

• Starting at $18 – $20/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday – Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Located in Indianapolis, Indiana

• Follow blueprints
• Inspect finished products
• Follow safety protocols
• Report malfunctions with welding equipment

• Must be able to pass welding test
• Experience as a welder is preferred
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints
• Commitment to safety
• High attention to detail
